CRYPTPASS - Personal Data Encryption

Switch CRYPTPASS has be added to the system in order to comply with regulations governing personal data (email addresses, etc.) that are stored encrypted within databases.

This switch will encrypt and decrypt employee personal passwords/data that different interfaces hand over or receive for security purposes. This functionality will mainly apply to Employee Master interfaces where employee records are being managed/updated.

For example, when a new employee record has been created, the email associated to this record will be stored encrypted within the database. As these records are retrieved they will be decrypted and ready for use.
