Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the Location field becomes mandatory in the Vendor P/N Repair Capability.

The following Vendor P/N Repair Capability is being set; however, the Location is mandatory.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the Location field in the Vendor P/N Repair Capability is not mandatory.

The following Vendor P/N Repair Capability is being set. Notice the Location field is not filled, and yet the Vendor can still be saved.
