The Defect Report Detail, History tab is the repository for archived directions from the Recommendation tab.

  This window is security controlled via Technical Records/ Update/ History Tab. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Delete button

Select this button to delete a recommendation record.

Attachment button

Select this button attach a document to a recommendation record.

Notes button

Select this button to add a note to a recommendation record.

History Description

The detail about an action taken to resolve a defect that a mechanic wishes to maintain record of.

Created By/Date

The user who created the recommendation and the date/time composed.

Modified By/Date

The user who modified the recommendation and the date/time changed.

Archived By/Date

The user who archived the recommendation and the date/time saved from the Recommendation tab.
