The Informational tab allows the user to view information regarding the creation and most recent modification of the record.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.

Resolved Company

The company that resolved the defect. This information comes from the Resolved By field in the Defect Report Detail, Resolution Tab, via Defect Report of the Technical Records Training Manual.
