Multi Company Examples: Finances

As long as components and records are linked accordingly to their applicable company, all financial transactions can be tracked for each specific company in the system. The Company field is available as a search filter from many of the prints and queries in the G/L Interface module. Below are a few examples.

Fixed Asset Registry Query

Fixed Asset records for the selected Company will appear.

Journal Entry Detail Query

All Journal Entries for the specific G/L Company can be queried.

Inventory Costing Prints

A variety of Inventory valuation reports can be generated for the selected Company.

Journal Entry Prints

Several Journal Entry reports can be generated for the selected Company.
