Multi Company Examples: Work Orders

As Journal Entries are recorded against a Work Order, the G/L Accounts will reflect the Company linked to the Aircraft of the W/O.

For example, notice that this aircraft is linked to Company B.

Work Order (1)

The Aircraft is then added to a W/O. Notice the Company for the W/O is COMP-A.

Work Order (2)

As manual labor is recorded against the W/O, the Journal Entries reflect the Aircraft's Company.

Work Order (3)

Note: In this case, the Aircraft Company will override the W/O's Company.
