A/C Registration Change

When an A/C Registration Change is sent to be processed, a job is run in the background. Progress for the A/C Registration Change can be viewed from the Prints queue window.

Flight Assignment Tab, via A/C Flight Schedule Detail

The Flight Assignment Tab is used to assign pilots and crew members to the flight being created. This information will be used to connect logged-in users to their flights in the PilotLog and CabinLog application.

Defect Report detail

Reset button - The Reset button refreshed the data displayed in the Defect Report detail window.

eTech Logbook Query

The eTech Logbook Query allows users to search for flight information associated to flight logbook entries recorded in the PilotLog application. Once all sections of a PilotLog logbook are completed and accepted by the pilot, and once the app is online and connected to a network, the logbook data will sync with the main system.

View Signed PDF Button, via eTech Logbook Detail Query

View Signed PDF button- The View Signed PDF button is available from the eTech Logbook Detail Query window. This button allows users to view the electronic signatures that have been previously created via PDF for specific eTech Logbooks generated in the PilotLog application by the user who completed the work.

Defect Report, General Tab

Defer Due Date - The Due Date is calculated based on the Defer Schedule information and the systems configuration. In order to receive the correct Due Date, the Aircraft Mean Times must be entered in the A/C Schedule Flight or A/C Flight Schedule Flight Daily in the Planning Module. 

Defect Report Detail, General Tab

QR Code - The QR code allows users to pull up records using QR code scanner functionality via the applicable eMobility application.

Defect Report Detail, Recommendation Tab

The Defect Report Detail, Recommendation tab is used to communicate recommendations to mechanics regarding the repair of a defect that is to be accomplished. Once a Recommendation record has been saved by selecting the Archive button it will be be displayed in the Defect Report, History tab.

Defect Report Detail, History Tab

The Defect Report Detail, History tab is the repository for archived directions from the Recommendation tab.

Defect Report, Intelli Form Button

In the Dent Mapping window, a 3D Object tab will display 3D images uploaded for the aircraft, via the Intelli Form Button in Aircraft Type/Series master. The 3D image allows the user to zoom in/out and rotate the image 360° to place a dent marker in a specific location.

Forms Button, via Defect Report Detail Buttons

The Forms button is used to respond to questions that are relevant to the Defect Report Detail.

P/N N/L/A Creation

Select the Reset GRN checkbox to override the previous goods received number (Goods Received Batch) and have the system automatically create a new GRN for this part after the transaction is completed. This is useful if an assembly is sent for repair and is returned with a new lower component. If the Reset GRN checkbox is checked, a new GRN is created. This will have the system create a new history for the assembly and not associate the new lower component with the history of the prior assembly.

P/N N/L/A Installation and Removal

Select P/N button - Select to install a P/N that has not been Manual Issued to a W/O.

Note: This is the only way to install a Tool using the P/N N/L/A Installation and Removal window.

Note: Switch NLAINTRMVRB must be set to No.

eTech Logbook Update

The eTech Logbook window allows users to search for and create new flight logbook entries that would otherwise be recorded in the PilotLog application.
