Advance Filter Button, via Due List Window

 

The Advance Filter button button allows users to create and apply specific filter criteria that can then be saved for future uses.

 

Configurations Toolbar, via Planning Control

OOS - When an In/Out of Service Type is specified from the OOS drop-down, only A/Cs with the In/Out of Service Type transaction code (TYPEOUTOFSERVICEEVEN) selected, will be displayed through the Planning windows. This filter is only applicable to the Dashboard and Due List windows.

Note: This functionality is customer specific and may not be available for all users.

 

Due List, via Planning Control

Sort By - The Sort By field allows users to organize W/O records by A/C, Schedule Date, Remaining Flight Hours, Remaining Flight Cycles, and Remaining Days.

 

E/C, via Due List

When an E/C is selected, users can view all pertinent information related to an Engineering Control from the E/C Detail. Users can also add an E/C to a Work Order using the New W/O button and the Existing W/O button.

 

Estimation vs Actual, via Resources Window

Include Line W/Os checkbox - Select the Include Line W/O checkbox to have line maintenance Work Orders included in the Resources view. Line W/Os are not included in the calculation by default.

 

Interactive Planning Window

W/O Search bar - The search bar provides additional information about the W/O by opening a pop-up window displaying Details, Workscope, Parts, Tools, and W/O Print information.

Refresh Rate Control - The refresh rate control is used to control the amount of time (in minutes) it takes for the Interactive Planner to refresh. Users can enter a value in the field or use the corresponding arrow buttons to set the Refresh Rate timer. Once a number is populated, a countdown will be displayed alongside it.

View radio buttons - The following functionality has been added:

Overnight radio button - Select to display W/Os and/or bases that have aircraft with an overnight designation.

Station radio button - Select to display aircrafts that have an overnight designation.

 

Login, via Planning Control

SESSIONTIMEOUT - When the switch SESSIONTIMEOUT is set to Yes, the number entered in the Config Number field dictates how long, in minutes, a user can remain inactive before the session expires. The maximum configurable session before the system times out is 480 minutes. When set to No, the number entered in the Config Number field does not affect the user's session. The system will instead default the session timeout to 20 minutes. This switch applies to the Customer Portal, eContent Control, Line Control, Planning Control, Production Control, Shop Control, Visual Check apps.

 

Maint. Operations Board, via Resources Window

The Maintenance Operations Board is a live dashboard that displays the usage of production resources at main Locations. In the table below, users can view Planned Hours, Adjusted Available Hours, and Planned % for specific Locations and Sites.

 

Parts Tab, via W/O Details Button

Provided - The following functionality has been added:

Note: Users can change the part requirement's reservation type from the Provided drop-down.

 

W/O Flag, via Due List Window

W/O - The following functionality has been added:

Note: The Work Order will be highlighted in red if the Due At date is earlier than the W/O's Start Date.

Import Button - The Requisition, Import Option is used to quickly import Requisition data. This option allows the user to create Requisition Line Items.

Control - E/C Button, via Receiving Inspection Detail

Notes eMRO_but_Note_Main button - Select the Notes eMRO_but_Note_Main button to enter any notes that will be associated with the currently selected record. For more information, refer to Notes Button, via Standard Buttons.

Engineering Order Button, via Control - E/C Button

 

Select the Engineering Order button to view defined Engineering Control and P/N Control information for the Part Number associated with the Receiving Inspection Detail.
