Configurations Toolbar, via Planning Control

The toolbar at the top of the Planning app contains various options.

• All queries displayed in the windows of Planning Control are driven by the A/Cs, A/C Types, and Companies filters.
• Entering a Work Order in the 'Enter W/O' field will open the Work Order Management window (like Production Control).
• This toolbar also contains additional options that help users navigate the Planning Control app.

The following Planning filters must be set.

A/Cs

The individual aircraft tail number. The Aircraft selected in this drop down will be the only aircraft displayed throughout the Planning windows.

A/C Types

The type of aircraft. When a Type is selected, all aircraft under that Type will be displayed throughout the Planning windows.

A/C Series

The aircraft series. When a Series is selected, all results in the Planning windows will be limited to that Aircraft Series.

Companies

The company that is linked to this aircraft. When a Company is specified, only aircraft and records linked to that company will be displayed through the Planning windows.

OOS

When an In/Out of Service Type is specified from the OOS drop-down, only A/Cs with the In/Out of Service Type transaction code (TYPEOUTOFSERVICEEVEN) selected, will be displayed through the Planning windows. This filter is only applicable to the Dashboard and Due List windows.

Note: This functionality is customer specific and may not be available for all users.

Once the configurations are set, select the Filter button to apply the specified data.

This search field opens the W/O Details window.

Enter W/O

When a Work Order is entered, the W/O Details window appears. For more information, refer to the W/O Details button.

Additionally, the toolbar contains the following non-planning options.

Hide / Show Navigation button

Select to hide the navigation panel or to show the navigation panel after it's been hidden.

Time

The current system time.

Logout

Select to exit the application.
