Concession Registry, Search Tabs

Company - Select this drop down to query records pertaining to a specific company available in the system. Users can use this field alongside the Concession Category field to further specify queried records per their organization's needs.

Defect Report Detail, Defer Tab

Operating Count - The current number of operating records based on the total number of MEL Master records subtracted from the associated Defect Concurrent quantity.

Note: This field will be null if a defect is deferred with an MEL with an unchecked Concurrent Qty checkbox.

Filter Tab - Use the Filter tab to create, edit, and use printing filters for the associated print window.

Note: This tab is available for the the Detail Print in the Defect Reports Print window.

eTech Logbook Detail, Work Orders Tab

The Work Orders tab displays a list of Work Orders whose completion dates are between the Flight Closure Date (Release) of the aircraft's previous flight log and the Pilot Acceptance Date (Pre-Flight Check) of the current log. This tab only includes W/Os that are in Closed or Completed Status.

PilotLog Notification Preferences - The Notification section allows users to define what notifications will appear in the PilotLog app when triggered by the system. When the switch ETECHNOTIFS is set to Yes, users can select which notifications are sent to the PilotLog app by checking the applicable notification's checkbox. When the switch is set to No, all PilotLog notifications will be sent to the PilotLog app.

NOTICE/CREW checkbox - Notifies that new or additional notices to the crew are ready for review.

ACRELEASE/UPDATE checkbox - Notifies that the Maintenance Release has been approved.

FLIGHTS/EMPLOYEE/PL checkbox - Notifies that an employee has been assigned to a flight.

Merge GRB Button, via P/N N/L/A Creation

The Merge GRB button is used to merge a part history to a P/N S/N via a new Goods Received Batch Number. Once processed, the P/N will retain the pre-existing history (Transaction History, A/C P/N Transaction History, P/N Total Times, etc.) that the part once had in the system. This is useful for instances in which a part is being reintroduced via P/N N/L/A Creation and the system needs to preserve that history rather than create a new one.

Remaining Time/Cycles/Day - The following functionality has been applied to this field:

Note: In version 7.3 and onward, these fields have been renamed to "CTL Remain Hours/Cycles/Days".

Earliest checkbox - The Earliest checkbox option is selected if the E/C Schedule parameters are to be planned at the earliest occurrence. By selecting the Earliest checkbox, the schedule will be determined by which occurrence comes first: the Hours, Cycles, Days, or Date. For the latest occurrence, this checkbox should not be selected. This same logic is used independently by the parameters of the Effective Date-based Schedule (left) and of the Total Schedule (right).

Whichever Occurs drop down - This dropdown field selection allows users to control which schedule option will be used between both the Effective Date-based Schedule (left) and the Total Schedule (right). Select the 'Earliest' dropdown option to have the system default to the schedule that reaches the earliest occurrence between the Hours/Cycles/Days/Date parameters (left) or the Total Hours/Total Cycles/Total Days parameters (right). Select the 'Latest' option to default to the schedule that reaches the latest occurrence between the two schedule types.

Initial Remaining Hours/Cycles/Days - The remaining initial hours/cycles/days of the E/C's schedule.

When set to Yes, P/N Control Concessions will be terminated when the P/N is received and reset if the Reset Date is greater than the Authorization Date.

When set to No, P/N Control Concessions will not be terminated when the P/N is received and reset if the Reset Date is greater than the Authorization Date.

When set to Yes, the system will not accumulate actuals for E/Cs that have a N/A effectivity status.

When set to No, the system will accumulate actuals for E/Cs regardless of their effectivity status.
