Excel Imports Button, via Engineering Compliance

The Excel Imports button opens the Compliance and Effectivity Imports window, allowing users to import and export E/C compliance and effectivity records.

Engineering Authorization Group Explorer

Note: The Engineering Authorization Group Explorer window displays Authorization Groups and Users who belong to the the same company as the logged in User.

Engineering Request Review Supervisor

Group - The Group option is used to group together similar Engineering Request. This allows the Engineering team to filter for a particular ER Group.

Tech-CTL - The Tech-CTL drop-down defines a part's Tech Control (e.g., APU, Engine, Landing Gear, Module, Disk, Recorder, None, etc).

Type - The PNTYPE system transaction code that is associated with a component.

MPD Import Button, via Engineering Control

The MPD Import button allows users to load the MPD (Maintenance Planning Documents) schedule and repeat the schedule associated with existing Engineering Controls. Once uploaded, users can view each E/Cs schedule from the Engineering Control MPD window. For more information, refer to the MPD button.

Note: The Task Card Item Text button is powered via RichTextEditor, allowing users to have advanced control (such as editing, resizing, and more) over multimedia imports (video, images, and sound files) and font/text styles.

Engineering Request Review Query

Defect Type - The type of defect found on the aircraft (for example, Pilot Report, MX Report).

Defect - The defect number (or log book number).

Defect Item - The defect log item number.
