A/C Logs Print

The A/C Logs Print window allows the user to view A/C Logs-related prints.

Note: This window and the print options in this window are security controlled via Security Explorer/ Technical Records/ Print/ A/C Logs Print. For additional information, refer the the Security Explorer, via the System Administration Training Manual.

Note: These are customized prints. Print layouts and options may vary per operator. An example of an available print can be viewed with the A/C Actual Flights and Totals Print.

Note: Many of the oil consumption reports (e.g., Oil Consumption, APU Oil Consumption, etc.), which are available via Technical Records/Print/A/C Logs Print, will require for either the 'ENG/OIL' or 'APU' Unit Type codes to exist (in the A/C Unit Type window (via the Settings module) for proper report functionality. Other unit monitoring reports may require specific Unit Type codes for proper report functionality.

Note: The following Reports have been added to the eMRO A/C Logs Print window: A/C Actual Flight Totals & Totals report, Aircraft Flight Summary report, A/C Monthly Flight Time Totals with Z Log report, Aircraft Status Print, Aircraft Monthly Block Time Totals, Engine Utilization Report, A/C Flight Log Creation/Modification Summary, and A/C Flight Summary By Date.

The following information/options are available in this window:

A/C

The individual aircraft tail number.

Flight Log

The unique Flight Log number for the flight.

Flight

The flight reference number/information.

From Flight-To Flight Date fields

The Flight Date.

Company

The Company associated with the Aircraft/Fleet.

The Print button is used to generate the report in the Print Queue. For more information, please refer to the Print Queue topic.

The Print Preview button can be selected to view a pdf sample of the print. This preview opens in a new window.

The Schedule Print button can be selected to allow users to schedule specific prints with unique filters to be automatically generated through a pre-configured schedule. For more information, please refer to the Schedule Print button topic.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

Note: The Export as Excel print functionality is security controlled via System Administration/Update/Logged In Session/Excel Export Functionality. For more information, refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training manual.

Note: The A/C Actual Flights and Engine Utilization Report may exceed the 5000-row limit for exported reports. For more information, refer to Planning Module Switch ACPLANQ.
