System Forms Revision

The System Forms Revision window allows users to specify Form Revision Numbers that are to be displayed at the bottom of selected company prints.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Form Type

The type of form.

Description

Description of the form. This field is informational-only.

Form Revision No

The revision number that is to be printed at the bottom of the selected print.

Revision Date

The date on which the revision was created. This field is informational-only.

First Publish Date

The date on which the revision was first published. This field is informational-only.

Company

Only the selected company's prints will have the Revision Number printed on their prints.

Note: This field is only displayed when G/L Interface Switch COMPANYMULTIFR is set to Yes. The system will create System Forms Revisions records for each Company Profile.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.
