The Shop Work Order, Certifying Staff tab is used to enter the personnel who are qualified to authorize the 'Completed' or 'Closed' Work Order forms. The name of the Certifying Staff employee will be displayed on the FAA Form1 and EASA 8130 Prints.
The Certifying Staff tab is only displayed when Switch 
WOSHOPCER is set to No, and when at least one of the P/N Information Shop Items are 'Completed' or 'Closed.' If either of these requirements are not met, the tab will not be displayed.
This tab is security-controlled via Shop/ Shop W/O/ Shop W/O Certifying Staff. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
The following information/options are available in this window:

W/O
The Shop Work Order reference number.
Shop Item
The Shop Work Order Item number.
Status
The status of the Shop Work Order Item.
Certifying Staff
The employee who is certified to authorize forms. Only those employees with the Certifying Staff checkbox selected in the Employee Master, Optional tab can be selected.
Certification NO
The employee's ID number. This ID is entered in the Employee Master, General tab.

Note: This tab also works in conjunction with Shop Switch SHOPEMPRORATING. When set to Yes, only those Certifying Staff employees with the corresponding R/O Capability Ratings will be allowed to print Form 1 prints. For detailed information refer to the Shop Switches Manual.
