R/I for E/C with N/A Does Not Write Compliance (PO/EX/LO)
Affected Window: W_PN_INVENTORY_RI_EU
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the system will not write compliance for a P/N E/C with the Status N/A upon performing a Receiving Inspection for a P/O, E/X, and L/O.
From the Receiving Inspection detail for the applicable part, select the Control E/C button.
Select N/A Status for the relevant Control, then click the Save button.
Select No, then click Submit.
Navigate to Engineering/ Update/ Engineering Compliance, then select into the detail for the E/C.
From the Engineering Control Compliance detail, select the Compliance button.
From the Engineering Compliance window, we can see compliance was not written.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the system will write compliance for a P/N E/C with the Status N/A upon performing a Receiving Inspection for a P/O, E/X, and L/O.
