Allow Tag Print at Receiving

Affected Window: w_tag_receiving

This switch was created to keep Switch TAGRECV set to Yes. Both switches have the same functionality.

When set to Yes, the system allows printing of a tag at Receiving instead of only at Inspection and Re-print. In order for this switch to work, Switch TAGRECV must be set to Yes and the Receiving Inspection checkbox (requires R.I.) of the P/N Master, Technical Engineering tab must be unchecked.
