Approved Certificate Number Mandatory
Affected Window: w_pn_inventory_ri_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Approved Certificate Number field will be mandatory in the following windows: Receiving Inspection, Purchase Order Receiving, and P/N Initial Load.
In the Receiving Inspection window, the Approved Certificate Number field is mandatory as displayed below.
In the Purchase Order Receiving window, the Approved Certificate field is mandatory as displayed below.
In the P/N Initial Load window, the Approved Certificate Number field is mandatory as displayed below.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the Approved Certificate Number field will not be mandatory in the following windows: Receiving Inspection, Purchase Order receiving, and P/N Initial Load.
In the Receiving Inspection window, the Approved Certificate Number field is not mandatory.
Note: The Approved Certificate Number field is not mandatory in the Purchase Order Receiving and the P/N Initial Load windows.
