No Transfer Order Prompt for Orders Received at Overridden Locations
Affected Window: w_po_receiving_eu
Note: This switch will not function correctly with Switch 
REQTROF set to Yes.
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, for orders that have their receiving Locations overridden, users are not asked if they would like to create a Transfer Order for the received part.
The following Order being received is having its Receiving Location overridden.
With the switch set to Yes, the Order Receiving is completed with the overridden Location without a prompt asking to create a Transfer Order.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, for orders that have their receiving Locations overridden, users are asked if they would like to create a Transfer Order for the received part.
The following Order being received is having its Receiving Location overridden.
With the switch set to No, the Order Receiving is completed with the overridden Location with a prompt asking to create a Transfer Order.
