Notes Button - Select this button to add, delete, or otherwise edit any notes associated with the Maintenance Location record. This button appears once a Maintenance Location record is selected. For more information, refer to Notes Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

Valid Until - The valid until column displays the date the Maintenance Location record will no longer be valid. The field only appears once a Maintenance Location record is selected. Furthermore, the user can manually input the Valid Until date when selecting a Maintenance Location record.

IPC - The following functionality has been added:

Note: Additional column labels detail pertinent information relating to the records available in the IPC Drop Down selection window. Furthermore, related IPC information can be seen via it's respective column in the general P/N Drop Down selection window.

Question Types, via Forms Master

Stamp - The Stamp Question Type allows the user to select a Stamp Type (MECHANIC or INSPECTOR) as a response to a question. The user responding to this Question Type must have the applicable Stamp (MECHANIC or INSPECTOR) against their Employee Master record. For more information, refer to the Attachment button, via Employee Master.

Default Warehouse - The default warehouse location/site that will primarily be used for inventory reservation.

When set to Yes, the Default Warehouse field will be available in multiple windows in the system. When set to No, the default warehouse field will not be available in the system.
