Select the Auto S/V By Location button to indicate what locations the Vendor is approved to provide the applicable service in. Approved locations for Vendors set up in this window can be queried using the Service Master Query window.

From the Vendor Service Information window, select the Auto S/V By Location button.

From the pop-up window, click the select checkbox next each location that the Vendor is approved to provide service in.

Note: All Locations will appear in the Auto R/O drop-down.

Click the Save button to save the record.

Preferred by Location

From version 7 and onward, Vendors can be preferred by their service and/or location. Select the Prefer checkbox in the Auto R/O pop-up window to set a Vendor as preferred by their location.

Note: The prefer checkbox only appears once the Maintenance Location record is selected.

Additional Functionality

The following functionalities have been added to the Auto S/V By Location Button:

• Notes Button - Select this button to add, delete, or otherwise edit any notes associated with the Maintenance Location record. This button appears once a Maintenance Location record is selected. For more information, refer to Notes Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.
• Valid Until - The valid until column displays the date the Maintenance Location record will no longer be valid. The field only appears once a Maintenance Location record is selected. Furthermore, the user can manually input the Valid Until date when selecting a Maintenance Location record.
