Service Master Query

The Service Master Query allows users to query for available services by utilizing a variety of search filters. Enter search criteria at the top of the window, then select the Find button. The search results will appear in the table at the bottom of the window.

Note: Inactive records will be identified with a red font. Selecting a record, whether inactive or active, will launch the Vendor Service Information window in query mode.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Service Item

The name of the service.

Action

The System Transaction Code for the service's action.

Vendor

The system code for the service/part provider.

Location

The Location where the Employee is stationed (e.g., MIA, JFK, etc.).

Created Date From-To

The From-To date range that the record was created.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
