P/N Average Cost Movement Qry

The P/N Average Cost Movement window provides details of P/N inventory costs based on individual transactions conducted throughout the system. Expand each transaction to view the total cost of inventory currently in the system, and the cost related to the individual transaction. Each P/N transaction includes the old cost (cost before the transaction) and the new cost (cost after the transaction). For more information on P/N Average Cost Movement, refer to P/N Average Cost Movement via the Settings training manual.

The P/N Average Cost Movement query is security controlled via Settings/ Query/ P/N Average Cost Movement Qry. For more information, refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

Note: Actual records cannot be edited from the Query window.

Note: Select the Print button to generate a report and send it to the print queue.

Search Section

The following information/options are available in this window:

P/N - The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.

Date From/To - Search by date range.

Transaction - The transaction that was conducted against the part.

P/N - The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.

Transaction - The transaction that was conducted against the part.

Created By - The user who created the record.

Created Date - The date the record was created.

Total Secondary Cost - The accumulated secondary cost of inventory currently in the system, before (Old) and after (New) the transaction.

Total Local Cost - The accumulated local cost of inventory currently in the system, before (Old) and after (New) the transaction.

Average Cost - The average cost for the part in your local currency. The cost is based on the transaction conducted, before (Old) and after (New) the transaction.

Secondary Cost - The average cost for the part in your secondary currency. The cost is based on the specific transaction conducted, before (Old) and after (New) the transaction.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
