Quality Control Tab, via W/O Details Button

The Quality Control tab allows the user to review each Task Card (resolved) associated to the Work Order and decide to accept or reject the work done for that Task Card. This window includes information such as the work accomplished, main skill required to have completed the task, as well as a rejection reason, if the work for the task was rejected.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Filters section

Keywords - The Search all fields option allows the user to enter any key word(s) to filter for a specific Task Card.

Display Only Cards with Attachments checkbox - Select this checkbox to display only those Task Cards that contain attachments.

Missing Form1 checkbox - Select this checkbox to display only those Task Cards that are missing a Form1 document.

Missing Document Type checkbox - Select this checkbox to display only those Task Cards that have a document attached to them, but do not have the a Document Type specified. Refer to the Attachment button section below for more information.

Deferred checkbox - Select this checkbox to display only those Task Cards that are marked as being deferred.

Critical checkbox - Select this checkbox to display only those Task Cards that are marked as being Critical.

Note: This Task Card is determined as being Critical on the Engineering Control level, not on the Work Order level.

EO Category checkbox - Select from this dropdown window to display Task Cards by their EO category.

Audit Result filter - Select from this dropdown window to display Task Cards by the status or variation of statuses:

  • All but Accepted (default) logo_V4 small
  • All
  • Rejected
  • No Audit Required
  • None

Missing Scanned Batch checkbox logo_V4 small - Select to only display Task Cards that are missing scanned forms for the associated batches.

Status Category drop down logo_V4 small - Select to only view Task Cards with a specific Status Category.

Results section

Task Card - The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.

Completed On - The date and time that the Task Card was completed.

Completed By - The user who completed the task.

Critical Task checkbox - Indicates if the Task Card is designated as a Critical Task.

Note: This checkbox is not selectable. It is informational only.

Est Man Hours - The estimated amount of man hours required to complete the task.

Note: The Hours displayed will include all MECH, INSP, and DUPLICATE INSP hours associated with the tasks.

RII By - The user who performed the Required Inspection against the Item.

Audit Result - The result of the W/O Task Card Audit. The options are 'ACCEPTED', 'REJECTED' or 'No Audit Required.' If neither the 'Accepted' or 'Rejected,' nor No Audit Required radio buttons are selected, the default of 'None' will appear in this field.

Accept radio button - Select if the audit is being 'Accepted.'

Reject radio button - Select if the audit is being 'Rejected.' When selected, the Reason field appears. The Reject Reasons are defined via the Production transaction code called 'WO Task Card Reject Reason.' When Rejected the appropriate personnel is notified (in the Notification field) and it is up to them to address the rejected T/C.

Reject Reason drop down - The reason why the W/O Task Card was rejected. This field is only available when 'Rejected' is selected in the Audit Result drop down field.

Notification - The group from the Project Team tab that will be responsible for addressing the rejection. These users will receive a notification of the rejection. This option is only available if the result of the audit is rejected.

Note: The Project Team is set up for each W/O in the Project Team tab.

Reject Note - Select this button to enter details for why the Task Card was rejected. This information will be provided to the Project Team members selected in the Notification field (above).

No Audit Required radio button - Select if the Task Card does not require an audit.

Status logo_V4 small - The current status of the Task Card.

EC - The EC to which the Task Card belongs.

EC Category - The EC Category (ex: AD, AMOC, BLDSPEC).

Rejected By logo_V4 small - The user who rejected the Task Card through this tab.

Status Category logo_V4 small - Provides more information as to why a W/O Task Card is set to a particular Status.

Customer Task Card eMRO_V5_gold - The Customer Task Card linked to the W/O Task Card.

More Information - This section can be expanded to view the following information for the selected Task Card.

Description - The description of the Task Card.

Work Accomplished - The actual work that was accomplished against the W/O Task Card / Non-Routine Task Card.

Main Skill - The main skill required to complete the task.

Scheduled Task Card - Any associated scheduled Task Card.

Parts section logo_V4 small - Lists all parts required for this Task Card.

NR List section logo_V4 small - Lists the Non-Routine Task Cards created under this Task Card.

Note List section logo_V4 small - Lists any notes added against the Task Card.
