Logged in Session

The Logged in Session window displays each instance of every user's login sessions (current and historical). Each instance includes details for which windows the user opened and closed during each session. In addition, a Log off user button is available to terminate individual user's sessions.

System Module Print Security, via Control Panel

To grant/deny users security access to Print modules and available print options via the Security Explorer, system administrators must configure the security settings via System Administration/ Update/ Control Panel.

Security Explorer

In Version 5 the Security Explorer has been redesigned while providing the same functionality.

Speed Test Qry

The Speed Test Query window is designed to quickly and conveniently test the current server and database speed. Results are clearly displayed and account for a variety of the eMRO environment's connectivity parameters. The window is divided into two sections: the Server section at the top, and the Database section at the bottom. Each section has a Start button that must be selected to run the applicable test.

Dictionary

The Dictionary window allows users to view, update, and add language translations. To utilize different languages, each different language dictionary must be added by eMRO programming to the customer's environment. The Dictionary includes all translated terms for the supported languages setup within eMRO. Additionally, eMRO offers the option to export current dictionary terminology or import new terminology. The standard dictionary will include all translations for terminology that exist throughout the system such as headers, buttons, fields, and the like. Once configured, these dictionaries can be applied to all system-defined language in eMRO from the Dashboard by selecting the Change Language drop down. How To Videos

The How To Videos window is used to store videos that can be helpful to the eMRO user base. This window is used to upload, delete, and manage videos, which can then be viewed by the user base through the How To Videos Query window.

Email Log

The Email Log window displays a list of failed emails recorded by the system. Failed emails can be edited, deleted, resent, and otherwise updated upon selecting a record within the window.

System Quick Print

The System Quick Print window displays all Quick Prints currently available in the system. Records will populate the System Quick Print window once the user selects a preferred module and print and selects the Load Print button.
