A/C Actual Flights Query

The A/C Actual Flight Query allows users to search for actual flight records input into the system. Users enter search criteria in the top of the window, and the results are displayed in the table to the bottom.

Note: Actual flight records cannot be edited from the Query window. For detailed information on how to create Actual Flights, refer to the A/C Actual Flights window.

Query Section

The following information/options are available in this window:

A/C

The individual aircraft tail number.

Flight Log

The unique Flight Log number for the flight.

Flight

The flight reference number/information.

From/To Flight Date

The date range for the scheduled flights.

Origin

The airport of Origin for the flight. Select into this field to access a drop down of available routes as entered in Settings/Update/Routes. If a route is entered that is not known to the system, a message will pop up, the route can nevertheless be used. For routes that are entered into the system, the system will compare actual flight duration with the entered duration.

Destination

The airport of destination for the flight.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Flight

The flight reference number/information.

Cat Rating drop down

The CAT Rating is the description of the type of A/C landing system and is informational only.

ETOPS checkbox

When selected, indicates the flight is an ETOPS flight.

VOID checkbox

Select this checkbox if the flight log number was void (i.e. used for maintenance and not for a flight). When the Void checkbox is selected, the Maintenance Log checkbox will appear. Selecting this checkbox will clear all data that is currently populated except for the A/C, Flight Log, Leg, Flight Date, and Cat Rating, and all information will be unable to be entered/edited except for the Flight Date and Cat Rating.

Head Start checkbox

Select this checkbox to have the first flight of the day after the RON (Remaining Over Night). For additional information regarding the RON, refer to the RON Process, via A/C Type Series of the Settings Training Manual.

Fuel Burned

The fuel burned for this leg.

Off

The out of gate or off blocks time (HHMM).

T/O

The take-off time (HHMM).

LNG

The landing time (HHMM).

ON

The arrival at the gate or on blocks time (HHMM).

Cycles

The Number of cycles flow (for crew training, enter total number of touch and go's).

Flight HRS

The calculated flight hours for this leg.

Block HRS

The calculated block hours for this leg.

TOT A/C Flight

The total number of aircraft flight hours.

TOT A/C Block

The total number of accumulated aircraft cycles.

TOT A/C CYC

The total number of accumulated aircraft cycles.

TOT A/C Brake CYC

The total number of accumulated aircraft brake cycles.

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
