Fault Code Report Query

The Fault Code Report Query allows the user to query for Fault Code Reports that have already been created in the system.

As with the majority of the query selections on the system, it is better to select as many parameters as required to minimize the search result.

Query

The following information/options are available in this window:

General Tab

Reported Date From-To - The date range the Faults were reported on.

Status - The current status of the Fault Code.

A/C - The individual aircraft tail number.

Fault Code - The Fault Code.

Fault Code Type - The Fault Code type.

Observed

All - Select if All Faults were observed.

Observed - Select if the Fault Code faults were observed.

Non-Observed - Select if the Fault Code faults were non-observed.

Unknown - Select if the Fault Code faults were unknown.

Other Tab

Created By - The user who created the record.

Created Date From-To - The From-To date range that the record was created.

Modified By - The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date From-To - The From-To date range that the record was last modified.

Results

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status - The current status of the Fault Code.

Fault Code -The Fault Code.

Fault Code Type - The Fault Code type.

Reported Date - The date range the Faults were reported on.

Defect - The defect number (or log book number).

Description - The description of the defect which describes the problem found or notes the service being performed.

Informational Tab

Created by - The user who created the record.

Created Date - The date the record was created.

Modified by - The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date - The date the record was last modified.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
