Manual Revision Receiving

The Manual Revision Receiving option is used to receive the Manual into the system. New Manuals and Manual revisions must be processed with this option.

If your organization uses an authorization Step system, the authorization process must be completed before the Manual Revision Receiving process can be carried out.

If a Revision Receiving is outstanding (has not yet been processed) on a Manual, the item will show in the Library Explorer with an associated Dispatch Date, or can be queried and selected into through this window.

Upon querying the necessary record, the Manual Revision Receiving Detail is opened.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
