Read

The Read & Sign feature is used to track and distribute notices such as memorandums, documents, or document revisions. It provides a system for recipients to acknowledge that they received the notice and provide feedback. Users who have past due Read and Sign Requirements in their queue will be prevented from performing transactions until the Read & Sign Requirement is fulfilled.

The following tabs and buttons are available at the initial level:

Upon creating a new record or selecting into an existing one, the following tabs and buttons are available at the detail level:

After the Read and Sign record has been created and utilized, their functionality may be completed. For more information, refer to Closing a Read & Sign Request.

 

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
