Closing a Read & Sign Request
When a recipient receives a Read & Sign Request they will reply to the request to close it or report a problem. When all Read & Sign Requests are received and ‘Closed’ the Read & Sign will automatically be ‘Closed’ and will no longer appear in the Read & Sign Window. Closed Read & Signs can only be viewed via the Read & Sign Query.
The following types of functionality can be utilized:
- Closing a User Request Type Read & Sign
- Closing an E-Mail Request Type Read & Sign
