Control E/C Button, via Repair Order Detail

The R/O Control tab has been removed and replaced with the Control - E/C button. The Control - E/C button allows the user to specify what P/N E/Cs and P/N Controls are to be reset during the repair visit.

Customs Header

Company: The Company linked to the order and its related customs charge.

Customs Detail, General tab

Company: The Company linked to the order and its related customs charge.

F.O.B.: The Free On Board field (FOB) is used to enter Intercom codes which can be used to determine Customs transactions that require invoicing or transactions that are free of charge (FOC).

Buyer Queue Button

Select the Buyer Queue button to access the Buyer Queue via Orders Creation/Update window.

Order Creation/Update, General Tab

Order Sent To Vendor checkbox - This checkbox has been added to the Order Create/Update and Order Creation/Update Supervisor window. When performing an order query, with this checkbox selected the system will only retrieve Purchase Orders that have the Sent to Vendor checkbox selected in the P/O header.

Company Column - Located within the S/N Drop Down Selection Window, this field allows users to filter, sort, and otherwise identify materials with their associated Company.

Transfer Order Detail, General Tab

Company Column - Located within the S/N Drop Down Selection Window, this field allows users to filter, sort, and otherwise identify materials with their associated Company.

R/O Creation Queue Button

Select the R/O Creation Queue button to access the R/O Creation Queue via Orders Creation/Update window.

Note: The Employee Master, Repair tab allows users to define specific parameters regarding the Repair Orders they will be able to view in their R/O Creation Queue. For more information, refer to the Employee Master, Repair Tab via the Settings Training Manual

Order Headers, General tab

QR Code - The QR code allows users to pull up records using QR code scanner functionality via the applicable eMobility application. The QR Code is available for all Order types at the header level. Here is an example from the Purchase Order Header, General tab.

Control - E/C Button, via Repair Order Detail

The following functionality has been added in Version 5: P/N E/Cs that are Position Controlled will be displayed in this window even if their Status is 'N/A' (which indicates that the Serial Number is not presently installed in the specified A/C Position). Including position-controlled P/N E/Cs that are 'N/A' ensures that the necessary controls are reviewed throughout the repair process. To ensure that all position-controlled P/N E/Cs for the part are displayed in this window, Receiving switch PNECPOSCONT must be set to Yes.
