Gantt Chart Button, via Work Order
Select the Gantt Chart button to view a Gantt Chart that presents Work Order and Task Card information in a graphical display. All of the Work Orders that were searched for in the W/O header window will appear in the W/O Gantt header window. If no W/O is select in the W/O header window when the Gantt Chart button is selected, then the Gantt window will display information for all W/O's in the search results window; if a specific W/O is selected in the W/O header window when the Gantt Chart button is selected, the the Gantt window will display information only for the selected W/O.

Note: This button is security controlled at the W/O header level via Production/ Update/ W/O/ W/O Sel Sub Functions. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
This window provides basic information about the W/O and its current status. The graph on the right of the W/O Gantt window illustrates the duration of the W/O and is sorted by calendar days and hours.
It also allows users to adjust the time settings of listed Work Orders by dragging the relevant bar to the desired date/time column.

The following information/options are available in this window: _____________________________________________________________________________________
W/O
The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance.
A/C
The individual aircraft tail number.
Schedule T/C
The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.
T/C Completion %
The total percentage of Task Cards that have been completed against the Work Order.
Man Hours Reserved %
This is the total of reserved man hours (per man) to carry out the work. Formula = Man Hours x Men Required.
W/O Time Used %
The elapsed hours of the time taken to complete the work. (i.e. If a Work Order is scheduled for 6 days and was completed in 36 Man Hours, the W/O Time Used will equal 50%, because it only took 3 days to complete the work.)
Est vs Act %
The percentage difference between the Estimated Hours and the Actual Hours remaining on the Work Order.
