eMRO Analyzer Button, via Work Order

The Analyzer button is used to view additional information pertaining to the selected W/O. The user can toggle between the queried W/Os by using the page tabs listed at the top and bottom of the window.

AnalyzerButton

 

The following information/options are available in this window:

W/O

The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance.

Status

The current Status of the Work Order (e.g., Open, Completed, Closed, etc).

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Site

The Site where the work should be carried out (if applicable).

Schedule T/C

The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.

N/R T/C

The number of Non-Routine Task Cards attached to the W/O.

N/R T/C Today

The number of Non-Routine Task Cards created and attached on the current date.

SCH Start Date

The date/time that the work is scheduled to begin. The Start Date does not affect whether the Work Order can be deleted. However, if the work has started, the Work Order can no longer be deleted.

SCH Completion Date

The date/time that the work is scheduled to be completed.

Description

The Task Card description.

T/C Completion

The total percentage of Task Cards that have been completed against the Work Order.

Man hours Reserved

The total reserved man hours (per man) needed to carry out the work. Formula = Man Hours x Men Required.

Ground Time

The time required to complete the work for turnaround time estimates. The time format is user defined and can be in minutes, hours or days.

Skill

The Skill required to complete the item. Skills are set up via the Skill Master. The Skills listed for Mechanic or Inspector are validated against the Mechanic/Technician checkboxes associated with the specific Skill via the Skill Master, General tab.

Estimated Hours

The anticipated labor hours needed to complete the Task Card.

Reserved Hours

The number of hours put aside for completion of the Task Card.

Variance

The numerical difference between the Estimated and Reserved Hours fields.
