IR Category

The System Transaction Codes are displayed with both the Code Names and Descriptions. The Code Descriptions directly illustrate their functionality and role in the system, as fields are populated and tasks are performed.

Transaction Code:	IR Category
General Description:	A system notification is sent out when a new IR Category is created, saved or deleted.

Available Functionality:

A system notification is sent out when a new IR Category is created, saved or deleted.

Select the Notification Button.

The following information/options are available in this window:

System Notification button

Select this button to set up a system generated notification regarding the specified transaction code. For information on how to set up System Notifications, refer to Setup - System Notification, via System Notifications of the Settings Training Manual.

From an Open defect, select the IR Creation button.

eMRO - IR Category (4)

The IR Creation Window is shown. Populate all mandatory field information and select the Generate IR button.

eMRO - IR Category (5)

The report is generated and sent to the print queue.

eMRO - IR Category (7)

A notification of the IR Report is then sent via email.
