Traxdoc Item Allows to Authorization Same Person as Issued

Affected Window: w_traxdoc_authorization_eu

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, users who release a TraxDoc Document for authorization are allowed to complete the steps for authorization themselves.

Create a new TraxDoc from the TraxDoc Document window.

Notice the name of the user who created the document and will be releasing it for authorization.

From the TraxDoc Authorization Management window, select the Release for Authorization icon.

Select into the newly released TraxDoc and select 'Authorization' from the TraxDoc Authorization Explorer window.

The TraxDoc Authorization window will automatically appear. Select the 'Accept' radio button then Save.

Notice that the TraxDoc was authorized by the same user who had created and released it for authorization.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, users who release a TraxDoc Document for authorization are not allowed to complete the steps for authorization themselves.

Create a new TraxDoc from the TraxDoc Document window.

Notice the name of the user who created the document and will be releasing it for authorization.

From the TraxDoc Authorization Management window, select the Release for Authorization icon.

Select into the newly released TraxDoc and select 'Authorization' from the TraxDoc Authorization Explorer window.

The TraxDoc Authorization window will automatically appear. When the user attempts to select the 'Accept' radio button, a warning message appears blocking the authorization.

The user who created/released the TraxDoc for authorization is not allowed to complete the steps for authorization.
