Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the A/C field is mandatory in the Requisition Header.

The following Requisition is being created. Notice the A/C is mandatory.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the A/C field is not mandatory in the Requisition Header.

REQMANAC-4

Note: Even with the switch set to No, the A/C of a Requisition Header may be mandatory upon populating the Priority, per the configuration of the Priority Transaction Code.
