Only Allow To Authorize Non Inventory Parts That Have Been Quoted

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will not allow the user to authorize a requisition that contains one or more lines indicating that the part is non-Inventory and has not been quoted.

The system displays a warning message stating that the non-Inventory P/N is not quoted and requires a higher level of authorization.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will allow the user to authorize a requisition that contains one or more lines indicating that the part is non-Inventory and has not been quoted.
