Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the P/N Description of a P/N not created in the P/N Master will be mandatory in a Requisition Detail.

The following Requisition is being created. Notice in the Requisition Detail, for a P/N not created in the P/N Master, the P/N Description is mandatory.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the P/N Description of a P/N not created in the P/N Master will not be mandatory in a Requisition Detail.

The following Requisition is being created. Notice in the Requisition Detail, for a P/N not created in the P/N Master, the P/N Description is not mandatory.
