Switch Set to Yes: When set to Yes, consigned parts that are in Locations with no reservation routing, and are customer owned items will not be counted when performing auto re-order requisitions. In the Location Master, General tab, the following Location is selected as a Station. In the Inventory Transaction, a P/N in the Location has only a particular amount available of 'CONSIGNED' parts. In the P/N Inventory Level, General tab, the P/N has a reorder level. A Requisition is created with a specified Required Quantity, although at the Location, there are the specified consigned parts available in inventory. The system is not counting the consigned parts and a re-order is sent. From the Requisition Analyzer window, a Purchase Order is created with the following quantity. After receiving and performing a R/I for the parts, the parts are then available in Inventory. When the user performs a Manual Issue of a part. The system does not print a requisition.
