This function can be used to set up Inventory levels per location for parts within the system (serialized or non-serialized categories). The Inventory levels that are controlled are purchase quantities, stock levels, and re-order points. Unique inventory levels can be configured for each Location by selecting the New button.

From the P/N Master window, select the Inventory Levels button to access the P/N Inventory Level window.

The following are some events that trigger the system to perform an Inventory Level check, and then a Requisition or Purchase Order (from a Contract Order) if needed:
