Floating Toolbar, via eMRO Basics
The floating toolbar feature allows users to access the toolbar at the top of the window even when users scroll down. This convenient feature enables users to access Toolbar buttons without losing one's place by scrolling to the top of the page.
When any window is opened, the toolbar is at the top of the window.
But when the window is scrolled down, the toolbar floats at the top of the screen for easy access.
