From the GSE Engineering Control window, select the GSE Control 
button.
Enter GSE Effectivity - After saving the record, it then becomes necessary to select the appropriate GSE type/series or Ground Support Equipment the EC is effective. In order to do so you must select the additional buttons on the left. Then select GSE Control button. Followed by selecting the GSE Type/Series or by overriding to select the GSE number.
