The Task Card Revision History tab displays the history of revisions for the currently selected Task Card.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Task Card

The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.

Revision

The Task Card's most recent authorized revision number.

Revised Date

The Date that the card was revised.

Authorized Date

The date the record was authorized.

Authorization Action

Indicates the action that was taken on the Task Card Authorization.

Description

The description of the reason for the revision. This can be edited at a later time, but not after it has been authorized.

Note: The entries in the Revision History tab are arranged in chronological order based on their Revision numbers in the Task Card Authorization window.
