The Location/Site Ban Control tab allows the user to specify which locations will NOT be eligible to perform Work Orders that contain the currently selected E/C.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events. The location that will NOT be eligible to perform Work Orders that contain the currently selected E/C.

Site

The Site where the work should be carried out (if applicable).

If a user tries to place this E/C on a Work Order at any of the locations listed in this tab, the system will display an error message.

Note: Locations and Sites are set up in the Location Master via the Settings module.

If a user tries to place a Task Card with a location/site limitation on this E/C, if the E/C does not contain a matching Location/Site, a list of Locations/Sites will be provided.

Note: The user has the option to enter as many locations limits as desired by clicking on the New button. Additionally, the user also has the option to remove location limits items by utilizing the Delete button.

The Notes and Attachment buttons are available to include relevant information.
