Trax Database Jobs, Logs Tab

The Logs tab of the Trax Database Jobs window displays all elements registered in the log file. Users can also filter for specific logs by using the search fields.

The following options are available in this window:

From Date - To Date

Enter a date range to limit the search results for logs.

Secs

The amount of seconds since the beginning of the epoch.

Code drop down

Represents the log Level Code. The search field is defaulted to 'ALL'. The Code Level options are as follows:

FATAL - Severe error events that cause the application to abort.

ERROR - Error events that may allow the application to continue running.

WARN - Warning message that may lead to potentially harmful situations.

INFO - Informational events that highlight the progress of the application.

DEBUG - Detailed informational events that are most useful to debug an application.

Section

Call stack formatted by the package.

Text

The log text.

Once all pertinent search fields are populated, select the Find button to view the results.

Users can also export the logs by selecting the Export Data to XML button. For detailed information refer to the Export Data to XML Button via the System Administration Training Manuals.

The logs can be deleted by selecting the Purge Until Date button. For detailed information refer to the Purge Until Date Button via the System Administration Manual.
