Training Schedule Query

The Training Schedule Query window is used to query for training schedules available within the system. The records displayed can only be viewed and not edited.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status

The current status of the training schedule.

Course

The Course name and type (Aircraft courses, non-aircraft courses).

Employee

The Employee number or code representing the employee.

Due Date

The date when the course is due, i.e. the date the course must be attended by.

Chapter/Section

ATA Chapter and Section reference.

A/C Type/Series

Aircraft type and series descriptions that the course will be focused on. This field only appears when the A/C radio button is selected.

Category

The category with which this Training Course is associated.

Course Description

The free text description of the associated course.

Total Hour

The total number of hours the schedule is expected to take.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
