Employee License Query Individual

The Employee License Query Individual window is used to query for license records that apply to the employee/user currently signed in. The records in this window can only be viewed and not edited.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status

The current status of the employee license.

Employee

The Employee number or code representing the employee.

Position

The employee's position.

Skill

The skill associated with the employee record.

License

The license number that was issued by the authority (usually a ten digit number).

Location

The Location where the Employee is stationed (e.g., MIA, JFK, etc.).

Date From/To

A Start date and End date parameter to query records between two dates.

Department

The employee's normal department.

Division

The division of the employee.

Section

The employee's section.

A/C Type/Series

The A/C Type and Series associated with the employee record/license.

Name

The name of the employee. This is the name that will accompany the Employee field, which occasionally consists of an Employee number. This name field can be searched for throughout the system instead of the Employee name/number since that name/number may not be as recognizable by other company employees. First/Last names can be entered in any order.

Expiration Date

The expiration date of the license.

Description

A free-text description of the item.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
