GSE W/O Query

The GSE W/O Order Query program allows users to view all aspects related to a GSE Work Order. Users enter search criteria at the top of the window, and the results are displayed in the table to the bottom.

Note: Actual records cannot be edited from the Query window. For information regarding Work Orders, refer to the GSE Work Order section via the GSE Update Menu which can be found in the GSE Training Manual.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status

The status of the GSE Work Order.

W/O

The GSE Work Order number.

Category

The system category of the W/O.

Location

The location associated with the W/O.

Site

The designated site at the associated location.

GSE

The ground service equipment attached to the W/O.

Task Card

The task card attached to the GSE W/O.

Priority

The system priority of the GSE W/O.

Company

The third party company associated with the record.

Schedule T/C

The number of Task Cards attached to the W/O.

N/R T/C

The number of Non-Routine Task Cards attached to the W/O.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.

The user can click on the Select button to view more detailed information about any selected record.
