Packing and Shipping Use Average Cost in Value field
Affected Window: w_packing_shipping_detail_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Value field in Packing and Shipping will be automatically populated with the Average Cost of the P/N.
The following P/N has the specified Average Cost.
Notice the Value in the Packing and Shipping record matches the amount of the Average Cost.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the system will populate the Value field in Packing and Shipping by searching for a value from the part at Purchase Order Receiving. If this equals zero, then the system will populate the field based on the part’s ‘Condition.’
The following P/N has the specified Average Cost.
Notice the Value in the Packing and Shipping record does not match the amount of the Average Cost, but instead is derived from a value from the part at Purchase Order Receiving.
Note: If the part's 'Condition' is New, the value will be derived from Settings/ Update/ P/N/ Sell Button. If the part's 'Condition' is anything other than New, the value will be the Average Cost (from Settings/ Update/ P/N/ Costing Tab/ Average Cost).
