The Training Course may contain a series of Subjects/Tasks that must be covered in order to successfully complete the Training Course.
For example, the Training Course may be a General Inspection Training Course including three Subjects/Tasks on the course syllabus: Introduction, Inspection Procedure (Content), and Conclusion.

The Subject/Task Tab allows the user to define the Subjects/Tasks that will be required for this Training Course.

Each Subject/Task will be accounted for. At the Training Course Completion stage, the status of each Subject/Task will be changed to ‘Completed.' And at the Training Course Completion Approval stage, each Subject/Task will be graded using a Pass/Fail status.

When setting up an actual class (Training Class Enrollment), you can choose which Subjects/Tasks in this created list need be covered in that particular class.
Therefore, the user may set up as many Subjects/Tasks that may possibly be required for this Training Course and omit any unnecessary Subjects/Tasks when customizing the syllabus for individual classes.
