Part Number Reliability

P/N Reliability works identically to Reliability with the exception that P/N Reliability provides data for a specific Part Number rather than a Chapter and Section.
For P/N reliability, the following elements are required to trigger an alert.

• The proper set up of the part in the P/N Master:
  • The Reliability Monitored checkbox must be checked (for reporting purposes), and the setup of the P/N Category code must be correct.
• The Un/Schedule radio button in the A/C P/N Transaction must be selected.

Once the Recurrent Item is created for unscheduled P/N removals, P/N Recurrent Items can be accessed via Reliability/ Explorer/ Recurrent P/N Explorer.
